Welcome to Residences at Trolley Park

The Residences at Trolley Park was built and opened to residency in late 2007, and possesses 38 smoke-free units located in the vibrant City of Aurora, Colorado. There are 12 different floorplans set for all lifestyles, including 15 two-bedroom, one bathroom units, 20 three-bedroom, two bathroom units and 3 townhome-style 4-bedroom units, along with 70 underground parking spaces. Eligible families must earn 60% or less of the Area Median Income. Office is open on Mondays and Tuesdays, from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an hour closed for lunch.
